Payment Issue
Sent them an email about a payment issue explaining how i tried to pay with 3 different credit cards. Their response: "contact your bank, it is a problem with your bank". Really? Which one? :))) All 3 of them? This was a week ago.
Since then I sent them 3 more emails asking for another solution, explaining that I tried with more cards, with paypal, cards with different currencies, from different browsers and it still does not work. No response :) Amazing customer service

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. Prompt reply on my email and effective service in resolving the issue with my package. I got a replacement of the item I bought after I received an empty package from the shipping company. Laura was so nice and very helpful.
Useless Service
I’d seen a sweatshirt in the sale on the Fiorucci website and thought as there was I would pop them an email to make sure it would fit.
I emailed and was told that they didn’t have that information and was given the email of the London store manager.
3 days later and no response and now the sweater is back up to £150 from £90.
Absolutely useless customer service.

I love fiorucci for their cute products and the not too insane price point. I had a recent experience with a damaged product and I have never had a better customer service experience with any other company. They were fast, kind, and asked if I wanted a new product or a refund. Such a nice shift from every other brands customer service. 10/10
LOVE FIORUCCI
I have always loved Fiorucci, very unique items, and I always love the Angels on their clothes.
Its amazing how fast their deliveries are, immediately the day after in the UK.
Purchases are super smooth, even returns!
I returned an item, it was big on me, it took a while and no confirmation from Fiorucci, which was a first!
I contacted them via email, I got a reply after maybe an hour or two, the issue was solved almost immediately, and the refund was in my bank account within a day! No fuss or anything.
I spoke to Laura that last return, and she was beyond helpful, extremely professional and friendly customer service.
Always recommend Fiorucci!

Great customer service - Laura was a delight!
Had a terrific experience with their CS team. Laura was absolutely wonderful – super personable and she flagged my issue (to do with a discount code that wasn't working on a full price item) straight away and the issue was fixed in a matter of hours.
Really responsive and efficient – I would highly recommend!

Very good customer care!
I ordered a sweatshirt but when I received it I found out it was waaaaaay to big.
Fiorucci doesn’t allow changing the articles, you have to ship it back and buy a new one (and thats’s the only bad part, cause I bought the sweatshirt on sale and when I shipped it back the sale was over so I couldn’t buy it again at the same price).
It was all really easy. Laura, the girl I was in touch with, was really nice, precise, quick.
She made it really easy for me to send the sweatshirt back and have my refund!

Great product, great service! My order arrived sooner than expected. Ordered two sizes and had to return the bigger one. Reached out to Fiorucci to follow up my refund. They responded and processed my refund instantly. Will always repurchase from Fiorucci !

first time ordering from Fiorucci
first time ordering from Fiorucci. I’m from Ontario, Canada. I paid in USD and duties wasnt included on the payment. Id love to shop again but the thing is, the duties were too expensive because of DHL. Almost half the price of what I paid for. I hate DHL! I hope they change their courier. Also include the duties befor paying would be much less stressful to shop online.

I want to place a order
I want to place a order, but when I want to pay, surprise I can't. Why? I haven't found out yet, because the Customer Service Angels don't have time for me.
After I sent them two emails with explanations, I gave up.
I sent them the third email asking them to delete my account, and I have to admit they were very fast with the answer, they did it.
Good job, Fiorucci!

STILL NO RESPONSE

I left a review 2 days ago regarding Fiorucci lack of communication re order placed. I had a response saying that they had not received my emails regarding my query on order placed end of December.
They stated 2 days ago that they emailed me immediately after the complaint. I did not receive any email. So frustrating. Fiorucci can you please check you are posting to my correct Email address as Order No confirmation received from you in Dec. Jakki Little

No refund or response following return - UPDATE
22/01/2022 Returned an item which cost £90 at the end of November and I still have not received refund or response. Only one message in December which was about the wrong order.
24/01/2022 UPDATE: Received a quick response from Fiorucci following my review (above). They have now refunded quickly and offered a goodwill gesture. Very pleased to hear back, it just took a long time.
No response no refund
Ordered an item unfortunately too small. I have returned the item on the 10/12/21. Not contact to say they received and no refund of over £100. I have emailed them 4 times with details and proof of return with no response to any of them. Very poor - I will be not ordering from them again!!
